Dr. Anindita Rao

Dr. Anindita Rao is a licensed psychologist in New York, trained in clinical and school psychology. She has experience providing psychotherapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults and has worked in hospitals, private practice, clinics, and schools. Currently, Dr. Rao is a school psychologist at Friends Academy and sees clients in her part-time private practice.

Her approach when working with children and their families is a collaborative one. Dr. Rao’s empathic stance and attention to culture are evident in both her therapy and assessment services.
